Donald E. Wood, Principal

Donald E. Wood founded Landmark Development Services in 2008 and has built an impressive list of very satisfied clients due to the no-nonsense approach to getting the job done.

Prior to starting Landmark Development Services, Wood’s background includes over 15 years of wide-ranging experience in the commercial real estate industry as:
- Development Manager
- Senior Project Engineer
- Broker Associate
- Construction Manager

Wood has been involved with the development of over $300 million worth of commercial real estate during his career with companies such as The Koll Company, Panattoni Development and Wentz Group, and has built an impressive portfolio including projects such as the Montage Resort Laguna Beach and Boeing.

Wood holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of the Pacific and a California State License Board B - General Building Contractor License.
